Purport: The difference between a married wife and a public prostitute is that one is restrained in sex life by the rules and regulations of the scriptures, whereas the other is unrestricted in sex life and is conducted solely by the strong sex urge....

He saw the earth, the resting place for all living beings, lying as it was in the beginning of creation, and He personally lifted it....

By these actions you will be able to understand everything from within your heart. Purport: The mercy the Lord bestows upon a particular person engaged in executing the responsible work entrusted unto him is beyond imagination....

He is the friend of the snakes because Lord Ananta is His friend. As a mountain has thousands of golden peaks, so the Lord was seen with the thousands of golden-helmeted hoods of Ananta-nāga; and as a mountain is sometimes filled with jewels, so also His transcendental body was fully decorated with valuable jewels....

Those who are inclined to this Vedic knowledge are called brāhmaṇas, and they are the natural teachers and spiritual masters of all the orders of society....

Purport: Jñānaṁ mad-āśrayam is significant in this verse....

Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 3 - Chapter 1 - Verse 30 Sanskrit: कच्चिद्धरे: सौम्य सुत: सद‍ृक्षआस्तेऽग्रणी रथिनां साधु साम्ब: ।असूत यं जाम्बवती व्रताढ्यादेवं गुहं योऽम्बिकया धृतोऽग्रे ॥ ३० ॥ ITRANS: kaccid dhareḥ saumya sutaḥ sadṛkṣaāste ’graṇī rathināṁ sādhu sāmbaḥasūta yaṁ jāmbavatī vratāḍhyādevaṁ guhaṁ yo ’mbikayā dhṛto ’gre Translation: O gentle one, does Sāmba fare well? He exactly resembles the son of the Personality of Godhead. In a previous birth he was born as Kārttikeya in the womb of the wife of Lord Śiva, and now he has been born in the womb of Jāmbavatī, the most enriched wife of Kṛṣṇa....

Purport: The heart of every living entity is the seat of the Supersoul, Paramātmā, a plenary expansion of the Supreme Personality of Godhead....

I shall be engaged in the creation of different types of living entities, and I shall be occupied in Your service....
