Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 8 - Chapter 1 - Verse 6


Sanskrit:

सोत्थाय बद्धाञ्जलिरीडितुं स्थितानोत्सेह आनन्दजलाकुलेक्षणा ।बभूव तूष्णीं पुलकाकुलाकृति-स्तद्दर्शनात्युत्सवगात्रवेपथु: ॥ ६ ॥

ITRANS:

sotthāya baddhāñjalir īḍituṁ sthitānotseha ānanda-jalākulekṣaṇābabhūva tūṣṇīṁ pulakākulākṛtistad-darśanātyutsava-gātra-vepathuḥ

Translation:

Aditi stood silently with folded hands, unable to offer prayers to the Lord. Because of transcendental bliss, tears filled her eyes, and the hairs on her body stood on end. Because she could see the Supreme Personality of Godhead face to face, she felt ecstasy, and her body trembled.
