Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 7 - Chapter 1 - Verse 53
Sanskrit:
श्रीनारद उवाचनिर्जिता असुरा देवैर्युध्यनेनोपबृंहितै: ।मायिनां परमाचार्यं मयं शरणमाययु: ॥ ५३ ॥
ITRANS:
śrī-nārada uvācanirjitā asurā devairyudhy anenopabṛṁhitaiḥmāyināṁ paramācāryaṁmayaṁ śaraṇam āyayuḥ
Translation:
Nārada Muni said: When the demigods, who are always powerful by the mercy of Lord Kṛṣṇa, fought with the asuras, the asuras were defeated, and therefore they took shelter of Maya Dānava, the greatest of the demons.
