Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 6 - Chapter 1 - Verse 60
Sanskrit:
एकदा सा तु सन्ध्यायामुच्छिष्टा व्रतकर्शिता ।अस्पृष्टवार्यधौताङ्घ्रि: सुष्वाप विधिमोहिता ॥ ६० ॥
ITRANS:
ekadā sā tu sandhyāyāmucchiṣṭā vrata-karśitāaspṛṣṭa-vāry-adhautāṅghriḥsuṣvāpa vidhi-mohitā
Translation:
Having grown weak and thin because of strictly following the principles of the vow, Diti once unfortunately neglected to wash her mouth, hands and feet after eating and went to sleep during the evening twilight.
