Sanskrit:
ज्येष्ठा श्रेष्ठा च या राज्ञो महिषीणां चभारत ।नाम्ना कृतद्युतिस्तस्यै यज्ञोच्छिष्टमदाद् द्विज: ॥ २८ ॥
ITRANS:
jyeṣṭhā śreṣṭhā ca yā rājñomahiṣīṇāṁ ca bhāratanāmnā kṛtadyutis tasyaiyajñocchiṣṭam adād dvijaḥ
Translation:
O Parīkṣit Mahārāja, best of the Bhāratas, the remnants of the food offered in the yajña were given by the great sage Aṅgirā to the first and most perfect among Citraketu’s millions of queens, whose name was Kṛtadyuti.
