Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 4 - Chapter 1 - Verse 19

Sanskrit:

तदा स्वप्रभया तेषां द्योतयन्त्या दिशो दश ।मुष्णंस्तेज उपानीतस्तार्क्ष्येण स्तोत्रवाजिना ॥ १९ ॥

ITRANS:

tadā sva-prabhayā teṣāṁdyotayantyā diśo daśamuṣṇaṁs teja upānītastārkṣyeṇa stotra-vājinā

Translation:

Lord Nārāyaṇa was seated on the shoulder of Stotra, or Garuḍa, who had big wings. As soon as the Lord appeared, all directions were illuminated, diminishing the luster of Brahmā and the others present.
