Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 12 - Chapter 1 - Verse 11
Sanskrit:
तं चण्डशब्दं समुदीरयन्तंबलाहका अन्वभवन् कराला: ।अक्षस्थविष्ठा मुमुचुस्तडिद्भि:स्वनन्त उच्चैरभिवर्षधारा: ॥ ११ ॥
ITRANS:
taṁ caṇḍa-śabdaṁ samudīrayantaṁbalāhakā anv abhavan karālāḥakṣa-sthaviṣṭhā mumucus taḍidbhiḥsvananta uccair abhi varṣa-dhārāḥ
Translation:
That wind created a terrible sound and brought in its wake fearsome clouds that were accompanied by lightning and roaring thunder and that poured down on all sides torrents of rain as heavy as wagon wheels.
