Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 11 - Chapter 1 - Verse 22
Sanskrit:
कश्चिन्मत्स्योऽग्रसील्लोहं चूर्णानि तरलैस्तत: ।उह्यमानानि वेलायां लग्नान्यासन् किलैरका: ॥ २२ ॥
ITRANS:
kaścin matsyo ’grasīl lohaṁcūrṇāni taralais tataḥuhyamānāni velāyāṁlagnāny āsan kilairakāḥ
Translation:
A certain fish swallowed the iron lump, and the bits of iron, carried back to the shore by the waves, implanted themselves there and grew into tall, sharp canes.
