Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 10 - Chapter 1 - Verse 25
Sanskrit:
एवं द्वितीयं विप्रर्षिस्तृतीयं त्वेवमेव च ।विसृज्य स नृपद्वारि तां गाथां समगायत ॥ २५ ॥
ITRANS:
evaṁ dvitīyaṁ viprarṣistṛtīyaṁ tv evam eva cavisṛjya sa nṛpa-dvāritāṁ gāthāṁ samagāyata
Translation:
The wise brāhmaṇa suffered the same tragedy with his second and third child. Each time, he left the body of his dead son at the King’s door and sang the same song of lamentation.
