Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 10 - Chapter 1 - Verse 26

Sanskrit:

पर्यङ्कादवरुह्याशु तामुत्थाप्य चतुर्भुज: ।केशान् समुह्य तद्वक्त्रं प्रामृजत् पद्मपाणिना ॥ २६ ॥

ITRANS:

paryaṅkād avaruhyāśutām utthāpya catur-bhujaḥkeśān samuhya tad-vaktraṁprāmṛjat padma-pāṇinā

Translation:

The Lord quickly got down from the bed. Manifesting four arms, He picked her up, gathered her hair and caressed her face with His lotus hand.

Purport:

The Lord manifested four hands so He could do all of these things simultaneously.
