Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 10 - Chapter 1 - Verse 37
Sanskrit:
एवं लीलानरवपुर्नृलोकमनुशीलयन् ।रेमे गोगोपगोपीनां रमयन् रूपवाक्कृतै: ॥ ३७ ॥
ITRANS:
evaṁ līlā-nara-vapurnr-lokam anuśīlayanreme go-gopa-gopīnāṁramayan rūpa-vāk-kṛtaiḥ
Translation:
Thus the Supreme Lord, appearing like a human being to perform His pastimes, imitated the ways of human society. He enjoyed pleasing His cows, cowherd boyfriends and cowherd girlfriends with His beauty, words and actions.
