They will be erratic in their moods, have little strength of character and be very short-lived....

The oṁkāra has unseen potencies and manifests automatically within a purified heart. It is the representation of the Absolute Truth in all three of His phases — the Supreme Personality, the Supreme Soul and the supreme impersonal truth....

Purport: The Lord here explains that Uddhava should not expect a complete catalog of the Lord’s opulences, since even the Lord Himself finds no limit to such opulences....

Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 11 - Chapter 1 - Verse 39 Sanskrit: गृहार्थी सद‍ृशीं भार्यामुद्वहेदजुगुप्सिताम् ।यवीयसीं तु वयसा यां सवर्णामनुक्रमात् ॥ ३९ ॥ ITRANS: gṛhārthī sadṛśīṁ bhāryāmudvahed ajugupsitāmyavīyasīṁ tu vayasāyāṁ sa-varṇām anu kramāt Translation: One who desires to establish family life should marry a wife of his own caste, who is beyond reproach and younger in age. If one desires to accept many wives he must marry them after the first marriage, and each wife should be of a successively lower caste....

Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 11 - Chapter 1 - Verse 39 Sanskrit: तावत् परिचरेद् भक्त: श्रद्धावाननसूयक: ।यावद् ब्रह्म विजानीयान्मामेव गुरुमाद‍ृत: ॥ ३९ ॥ ITRANS: tāvat paricared bhaktaḥśraddhāvān anasūyakaḥyāvad brahma vijānīyānmām eva gurum ādṛtaḥ Translation: Until a devotee has clearly realized spiritual knowledge, he should continue with great faith and respect and without envy to render personal service to the guru, who is nondifferent from Me. Purport: As stated by Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī Ṭhākura in his Gurv-aṣṭaka prayers, yasya prasādād bhagavat-prasādaḥ: one receives the mercy of the Supreme Lord through the mercy of the bona fide spiritual master....
