The Lord’s transcendental body is marked in this incarnation with Śrīvatsa and other distinctive ornaments, and He manifests His personal weapons. Purport: The Lord’s transcendental body in Dvāpara-yuga can be compared to the color of a dark blue flower....

Purport: An intelligent person should understand that if there is an eternal soul different from the body, then real happiness must lie in our eternal situation, beyond the bondage of material nature....

Thus being filled with anxiety for money and most disappointed, she began to feel a great detachment from her situation, and happiness arose in her mind....

He is responsible for their maintenance, and thus all the ladies constantly pull him in different directions, each struggling for her self-interest....

Thus by His mystic Yoga-māyā potency He assumed the form of a brahmacārī student, with the appropriate belt, deerskin, rod and prayer beads, and came before Vṛkāsura....

Purport: In the opinion of Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī, the Aniruddha mentioned here is Lord Kṛṣṇa’s son, not His well-known grandson through Pradyumna....

Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 10 - Chapter 1 - Verse 27-28 Sanskrit: तत्पादाववनिज्याप: शिरसा लोकपावनी: ।सभार्य: सानुजामात्य: सकुटुम्बो वहन्मुदा ॥ २७ ॥वासोभि: पीतकौषेयैर्भूषणैश्च महाधनै: ।अर्हयित्वाश्रुपूर्णाक्षो नाशकत् समवेक्षितुम् ॥ २८ ॥ ITRANS: tat-pādāv avanijyāpaḥśirasā loka-pāvanīḥsa-bhāryaḥ sānujāmātyaḥsa-kuṭumbo vahan mudā Translation: After bathing Lord Kṛṣṇa’s feet, Mahārāja Yudhiṣṭhira joyfully sprinkled the water upon his own head, and then upon the heads of his wife, brothers, other family members and ministers. That water purifies the whole world....

Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 10 - Chapter 1 - Verse 27 Sanskrit: प्रद्युम्नं गदया शीर्णवक्ष:स्थलमरिंदमम् ।अपोवाह रणात्सूतो धर्मविद् दारुकात्मज: ॥ २७ ॥ ITRANS: pradyumnaṁ gadayā sīrṇa-vakṣaḥ-sthalam ariṁ-damamapovāha raṇāt sūtodharma-vid dārukātmajaḥ Translation: Pradyumna’s driver, the son of Dāruka, thought that his valiant master’s chest had been shattered by the club. Knowing well his religious duty, he removed Pradyumna from the battlefield. Purport: Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī explains that actually Lord Pradyumna has a sac-cid-ānanda body, an eternal, spiritual form that can never be wounded by mundane weapons....
