Purport: Varuṇa is supposed to be the predominating deity of the waters, and his capital, which is known as Vibhāvarī, is within the watery kingdom....

They found that the spiritual sky was illuminated by highly decorated airplanes piloted by the best devotees of Vaikuṇṭha and was predominated by the Supreme Personality of Godhead....

Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 3 - Chapter 1 - Verse 26 Sanskrit: न यस्य लोके स्वजन: परो वानात्याद‍ृतो नोत कश्चिद्विगर्ह्य: ।वयं व्रतैर्यच्चरणापविद्धा-माशास्महेऽजां बत भुक्तभोगाम् ॥ २६ ॥ ITRANS: na yasya loke sva-janaḥ paro vānātyādṛto nota kaścid vigarhyaḥvayaṁ vratair yac-caraṇāpaviddhāmāśāsmahe ’jāṁ bata bhukta-bhogām Translation: Lord Śiva regards no one as his relative, yet there is no one who is not connected with him. He does not regard anyone as very favorable or abominable. We respectfully worship the remnants of his foodstuff, and we vow to accept what is rejected by him....

The Lord is the object of the Vedic prayers, and thus He understood that the devotees’ prayers were meant for Him....

Srimad-Bhagavatam: Canto 3 - Chapter 1 - Verse 26 Sanskrit: एष दैनन्दिन: सर्गो ब्राह्मस्त्रैलोक्यवर्तन: ।तिर्यङ्‌नृपितृदेवानां सम्भवो यत्र कर्मभि: ॥ २६ ॥ ITRANS: eṣa dainan-dinaḥ sargobrāhmas trailokya-vartanaḥtiryaṅ-nṛ-pitṛ-devānāṁsambhavo yatra karmabhiḥ Translation: In the creation, during Brahmā’s day, the three planetary systems — Svarga, Martya and Pātāla — revolve, and the inhabitants, including the lower animals, human beings, demigods and Pitās, appear and disappear in terms of their fruitive activities. Purport:
