The garden was full of lotuses and trees of flowers and fruits and was inhabited by sweetly singing birds and bumblebees....

Lord Paraśurāma, knowing the power of his father, who was practiced in meditation and austerity, killed his mother and brothers immediately....

But Lord Śiva, because of affection for the son of his spiritual master, joined the side of Bṛhaspati and was accompanied by all the ghosts and hobgoblins....
